FAQ's

What does Pawteener Balm do?

- Pawteener balm contains ingredients that help protect paw pads from the elements including snow, hot sand, concrete sidewalks and any other surface your pup may walk on. Not only do the ingredients protect, they can also help to restore pads, elbows and noses. From cracked irritated paws to minor abrasions, our balm has it covered.

Is Pawteener Balm safe for cats?

- Yes! Pawteener is perfect for our feline friends and our ingredients are 100% safe for cats.

Should I use Pawteener Balm on an open wound?

- No! If you dog or cat's paw pad's are bleeding, oozing or you suspect an infection, please consult with your Veterinarian.

What if my dog or cat licks their pads after application?

-  Our balm is 100% lick-able. However, we'd encourage you to try to make sure your pet doesn't lick so the balm can fully absorb into the pad, snout or elbow.

Do you offer refunds?

- We will accept returns on unopened product for 30 days from the date of order. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. In the unlikely event that Pawteener doesn't meet your needs, please email us at pawteener@gmail.com.

Free Shipping?

- No can do. Amazon really screwed the pooch on this one! As a small business that manufactures locally, in small batches with the best ingredients possible, we simply cant absorb the cost of shipping.

Is the balm oily?

- The bulk of our formula is wax and oil based so upon application, your pets pads will be a bit oily. We suggest being cautious until the balm is fully absorbed (5-10 minutes) into the paw pad, elbow skin or snoots.
